“ I absolutely love coaching the girls
who play for Mass Elite. The main reason why is because each girl that plays for
Mass Elite really wants to be there. They have chosen to work beyond their potential
because they want to be the best lacrosse players that they can possibly be. Mass
Elite provides them with the opportunity to do just that. The intense practices
enable the girls to sharpen their skills and feel more confident in game situations.
This helps them when they play tournaments with each other as well as when they
go back to their high school teams. I feel lucky to be able to share my love for
lacrosse with all of these young women. ”

“ Through my experience as
a lacrosse player I have discovered that through teaching the sport I have retained
everything I have been taught in the past eight years. Being able to share my
passion with a team like Mass Elite is exciting because these girls are the athletes
that understand how special it is to have the opportunity to play at the highest
level of lacrosse. On this team, you share a love for the game that you cannot
and will not find anywhere else. There are connections at this level of talent
that you can't find anywhere else. As a player and a coach, I can only say that
the best players in the world are no better than a Mass Elite player at their
finest moment. Not all of what you are taught comes from your coaches. The best
players dream lacrosse and want nothing more than to take their game to a higher
level. The environment of Mass Elite is aggressive and demanding, but it is a
small price to pay for the friendships and emotion that you find in this program. ”

“ I
am honored to be a Mass Elite coach as well as a player. It is so fun
to be able to play with a great group of young women that take their game seriously,
but still have a great time. I believe that sports should be about teamwork,
self-discipline, hard work, determination and a competitive spirit. These
attributes translate into success not only in athletics but in our lives in general.
Mass Elite team members exemplify this and that is why I am proud of all of them.”
