Mass Elite All Galaxy Awards ~ 2006 Every Year, Galaxy club owners and coaches are given the opportunity to recognize excellence on and off the field. Our goal is to honor players in the Galaxy conference that meet the following criteria:

Make us Proud and Good Luck! Paula and Leslie Three Fall Tournament Championships for MASS ELITE !! November 24th, 2004 Fall BU 3v3 came down to the dominating Albany Elite vs the skillful Mass Elite RED. With a two goal deficit, Mass Elite powered back in the final minutes to tie the aggressive and determined Albany team. For the second year in a row, the Champions were crowned after a 1v1 brave heart victory by Mass Elite. Five straight BU 3v3 Championships creates domination, 2006 class get ready to carry on the tradition! Mass Elite defeats perennial nemesis CTLF 1 at Harvard University. The one goal loss to CTLF earlier in the day, must have created some adrenaline for Mass Elite, because they controlled the game and took the lead early in the final contest. The confident CT team answered with a run of goals and a great fight, but Mass Elite claimed the title! Mass Elite captures 4v4 UPENN Tournament in Philadelphia with over 60 teams competing from MD, VA, NJ, NY, and CT! Only the 16 top teams were seeded for the finals and both Mass Elite Teams made it to the final 8! The final four teams were M&D, NBC, Future Elite, and Mass Elite. Three Maryland Clubs with impressive rosters and Mass Elite! Future Elite took out M&D, and Mass Elite defeated NBC by one goal. The final game was very exciting and drew crowds from all of the teams, it ended in a tie. Mass Elite was victorious in a sudden death overtime that consisted of spectacular saves, unbelievable interceptions, and the exclamation point goal to win the tournament!! BU 3v3 Champs 2004 Harvard Champs 2004 UPENN 4v4 Champs 2004 September 21, 2004 Congratulations! Mass Elite coaches select nominees from an incredibly talented group of lacrosse players, these candidates are presented at the fall All Galaxy meeting. The candidate must be a full field player that excels against the highest competition nationally, has distinguished themselves as a team leader on and off the field, and represents Mass Elite with exemplary sportsmanship and integrity. First Team 2005 Second Team 2005 Honorable mention 2005 First Team 2006 Second Team 2006 Honorable Mention 2006 The 2004 All Galaxy Awards Luncheon honoring the following Mass Elite 2005 and 2006 players will be held on November 21 at the Renaissance Hotel in Philadelphia, PA. The luncheon will include awards, a guest speaker, and a power point photo presentation. We are SO PROUD of all or players! Paula, Leslie and the Mass Elite Coaching Staff March 26, 2004 It is without hesitation and with much excitement and pleasure,
that I announce a NEW PARTNERSHIP, an AFFILIATION, and a NEW
MERGER on behalf of Mass THE PARTNERSHIP: Paula Evans, founder - and Leslie Frank, of Westwood; will now be the Co-Owners of the Mass Elite Lacrosse and AchieveLax Organizations. Leslie and I are very excited and stimulated to get things off and running! We have known each other since Leslie and I started our youth lacrosse programs in 1997, and from then on have mutually felt and believed that the lacrosse players in Massachusetts deserve the best of the best, and that is what we will continue to stay focused on throughout our adventure! It was without doubt that we choose to join as one force not only for the Mass Elite players but for all players in both the Mass Elite and AchieveLax Programs. With the growth of the lacrosse rapidly expanding each year this will now enable us to continue to offer the best programs, coaches and opportunities to ALL players. AFFILIATION: Mass Elite will be recognized as the Club Affiliation to the AchieveLax Organization, now owned and managed by partners, Paula Evans and Leslie Frank. Leslie and I are very excited about this opportunity and to be able to continue to offer a variety of lacrosse programs throughout the year. AchieveLax will offer various programs to girls, boys and adults at The Canton Sportsplex located in Canton, MA. We will be announcing these programs this spring at www.achievelax.com as well as the Mass Elite Web site. We look forward to getting things up and running smoothly! As of March 2004, Paula Evans is no longer affiliated with Max Lax Lacrosse. THE MERGER: We are excited to announce the merger of Mass Elite with the IAS Select Organization from Western Massachusetts. Jeff Coulson, Director of IAS Select, Paula and Leslie have been colleagues for many years and it is exciting for us to join forces with our Clubs as a “MASS ELITE/IAS SELECT TEAM.” We all agree it will give more opportunity, growth, and energy to the Mass Elite Corporation and we look forward to this expansion and to offer many more opportunities to many more players! The Mass Elite/IAS Select Team will be directed by Jeff Coulson and practices will be open to all Club members. A few words from Jeff: “After years of getting to know Paula Evans, and the Mass Elite teams and organization, I am delighted that we have merged. We encourage you to ask questions as we continue to work on the merger. This will help us clarify and create the finest program in New England, if not the entire country! There is no question in my mind that this will afford you (the players) far greater opportunities in the sport of lacrosse.” IAS Select will still function as a team, but with this merger, players are now able to have far greater opportunities. If, at any time, IAS Select is unable to field a team, you will have the opportunity to play with a Mass Elite team, and/or visa versa. Players will also be able to practice at any site, regardless of whether it is a Mass Elite practice or IAS Select practice. We are coordinating practices now so that they occur on different days, thus allowing players more choices. If you have any questions or would like to be involved with Mass Elite or AchieveLax at some level please contact Paula Evans at 781-545-2433. We are all eager to begin our season this June and look forward to many rewards and accomplishments, on and off the field!
