So many players and parents have written inquiring about our tryout and upcoming season information. It is apparent that more and more players are looking to take their game to the next level with Mass Elite!! TEAMS Girls: Year of graduation (YOG), 2013 thru 2020 Boys: Year of graduation (YOG), 2013 thru 2019 TRYOUTS Tryouts have concluded for the 2011-2012 season and we are excited with all the outstanding players who have joined Mass Elite this year!! GIRLS: Mass Elite Team Tryouts for the fall 2011 thru summer 2012 season will begin in August, 2011. The cost is $75 if you register and pay before August 15, after August 15 the tryout fee goes up to $100, please register early and send in your forms, makes for a much smoother tryout ~ thank you!! BOYS: Mass Elite Team Tryouts for the fall 2011 thru summer 2012 season will begin in September, 2011. The cost is $75 if you register and pay before September 10, after September 10 the tryout fee goes up to $100, please register early and send in your forms, makes for a much smoother tryout ~ thank you! All players interested in playing with Mass Elite must attend one try out, though ALL try outs are highly recommended. Mass Elite often recruits players playing in the Achieve Lacrosse leagues and training programs from September until March, for indoor lacrosse program information go to www.achievelax.com. Additionally, Mass Elite will invite players that our coaches have seen play during the spring season to attend try outs. Type all your information in each field and submit When completed print your receipt, which appears when you submit. On the next page it asks you to print a consent, print this form and mail or fax signed to the office BEFORE tryouts. This page will also ask for payment choice, pay online or pay by check. Choose which option you prefer and complete payment. Tryout fees are due BEFORE TRYOUTS. Mail receipt with signed consent and the tryout fee of $75.00 (late fee $100) payable to MASS ELITE. ALL PARENTS should include their email (this field pops up after your check off that player is under 18) it is vital that parents also receive important information which is sent via email. TEAM FEES for 2011-2012 team membership GIRLS: The team fee is $800.00 for girls yog 2013 thru 2017 and for girls yog 2018,2019,2020 the team fee is $600.00 per year. This fee does NOT include tournament fees. Girls tournament fees vary from $50.00 - $175.00 depending on the tournament and format. Players have the option of participating in as many tournaments as possible. BOYS: The team fee is $1300 for boys yog 2013 thru 2015, INCLUDES tournament fees for 6 tournaments, typically 2 in the fall and 4 in the summer; not including IAS Showcase in the fall or Hot Beds in the summer, payment is made directly to these 2 events. The team fee for boys yog 2016 thru 2019 is $1100, INCLUDES tournament fees for 5 tournaments, typically 2 in the fall and 3 in the summer. For new players needing a helmet add $100 to your team fee. All Players are expected to attend ALL scheduled events, there are no tournament refunds! A Team fee covers yearly expenses such as uniforms for all players and coaches - web site administration - team equipment – club and team administration - practices and clinics – field rental fees – directors and coaches fees - travel expenses for coaches – postage – utilities - insurance - legal fees - accounting fees – office expenses - marketing expenses – office equipment and supplies – web site expense – college assistance, and more… A Uniform package typically consists of a team reversible, shorts, sweats, hoodie, and a team top. Some of these items may be at an additional cost. For new players, at an additional cost: team helmets and bags (bags are optional). Mass Elite is an organization and we believe in providing the best and most affordable program for all our players. We look throughout the year for volunteers and sponsorships, along with opportunities to lessen our expenses. We also provide our annual Xtreme Lax Tournament which raises money for our Scholarship Fund we offer to our graduating class.
