Player waiver/Registration
- There are TWO (2) waivers for this event. Both Waivers are listed above Please complete both!
- PLAYER REGISTRATION: Each athlete or parent must be sent this link to fill out and have a valid USA Lacrosse membership.
- IMG WAIVER: We are incredibly excited to be using IMG Academy as one of our venues this year. With it being a high school campus, if your team has a game at this venue, please also fill out the waiver.
- Players MUST register themselves by October 19th or they will not appear in online coaches' book or rosters! Players who have an IWLCA Recruits membership won't receive tournament film without completing the player registration/waiver.
TOURNAMENT RULES/GUIDELINES
- All tournament games will be filmed
- Each team will be scheduled for four (4) full length games on full regulation fields
- Games will be two (2), 25 minute running halves, with a five (5) minute half time
VIDEO INFORMATION
- Film from IWLCA Presidents Cup is included as part of an IWLCARecruits Pro subscription.
- Film becomes accessible inside student-athlete accounts following the event.
- Any player that does not complete their waiver will not receive video following the event and will not be included in the online coaches’ books.

TRAVEL INFORMATION/ROOM BLOCKS
Please be aware teams competing in IWLCA Tournament Series events will be required to reserve a percentage of rooms through Halpern Travel to be eligible to participate in the tournament. Below are rooms that have been reserved at the following hotels:
A block of rooms have been reserved at: Courtyard by Marriott Tampa Westshore/Airport located at 3805 W Cypress St Tampa, FL, 33607.
