PLAYER WAIVER/REGISTRATION

TOURNAMENT RULES/GUIDELINES:

• IF YOU ARE SICK, have been sick or have been around someone who has been or is sick, STAY HOME!
• ONE FAN PER PLAYER is allowed to attend the event to limit total attendees (Please bring own chairs)
• ALL staff, coaches, officials, spectators and players (when not actively participating) are required to WEAR MASKS. Non compliance may result in dismissal from the event.
• There will be a temperature check prior to coming on to the field. Participants, coaches, and officials will be required to be screened. Please proceed to the check in station upon arrival.
