- Tryouts for IL Summer Cup will take place at practice on Sunday, February 22nd.
- 2028 & 2029: Championship format
- Turf fields: please bring turf shoes and cleats!
- Games are 2 x 22-minute halves, running time. 3-minute halftime, 10 minutes between games

Player waiver information
- Player Waiver: The player waiver will be emailed to all participants from events@insidelacrosse.com.
