The primary goal of Mass Elite Lacrosse is player development.  The Mass Elite coaching staff, comprised of the top high school and college coaches in Massachusetts, is exceptional.  Our coaches are not only passionate about developing the athleticism and skill set of each  Mass Elite player, but they assist our high school student-athletes as they navigate the recruiting process.  Mass Elite Lacrosse Alumnae have proven that they can excel at the college level and have been an invaluable resource to our current student-athletes.

Paula M Evans Memorial Coach's Award
Paula M. Evans Memorial Coach's Award
The Paula M. Evans Memorial Coach's Award was created by an anonymous donor whose generous gift recognizes one Mass Elite coach while honoring the life of former Mass Elite founder and coach, Paula M. Evans.   The Paula M. Evans Memorial Coach's Award celebrates the life of Paula, a remarkable coach and a pioneer in the growth of women's lacrosse in Massachusetts. In 1999, Mass Elite was established because Paula recognized that “…To elevate one’s ability, one must play with and against the Elite of today and tomorrow…”   The Coach's Award will be given annually to a Mass Elite coach for his or her dedication to Mass Elite, whose commitment and guidance has positively impacted the lives of our student-athletes, and who shares Paula's passion for coaching.

The recipient of this year's
Paula M. Evans Memorial Coaches Award is Beth O'Brien.
