- 2028 & 2029: Teams will play 4 games, showcase format.
- Saturday – Games will begin at 8 AM and run through 8 PM
- Sunday – Games will begin at 8 AM and run through 4 PM

Player waiver information
- Player Waiver information will be been sent via email, all players must register and accept the player waiver.
- Players MUST register themselves by Saturday, May 16th, or they will not appear in online coaches book or rosters!

- Film from IWLCA Champions Cup is included as part of an IWLCARecruits Pro subscription.
- Film becomes accessible inside student-athlete accounts following the event.
- Any player that does not complete their waiver will not receive video following the event and will not be included in the online coaches’ books.
