Player waiver/Registration
- Player Self-Roster/Waiver Instructions:
- Please note that final rosters and waivers for players participating in USA Lacrosse Youth Nationals will need to be completed on THURSDAY, MAY 1, 2025. Parents must complete the roster and waiver portion for their individual players. Please use the waiver and registration button above to complete!
- All players and coaches must be USA Lacrosse Members through July 31, 2025.
- All Players competing in the 13U division (2030) must have been born on or after 9/1/2011.
- All players competing in the 14U division (2029) must have been born on or after 9/1/2010.
- All players competing in the 15U division (2028) must have been born on or after 9/1/2009.
TOURNAMENT RULES/GUIDELINES
- Teams will play both days
- Teams are guaranteed 4 games
- Two 20-minute running halves with 3-minutes between halves.
